We are looking for a dedicated Manager to help lead our Co-op team.
The Role As the Co-op Manager, you will be the key to leading the operations of a thriving Co-op unit.
You will be responsible for: Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume grocery environment.
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
A passion for great displays and outstanding customer service.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The drive to develop yourself and your team.
