The Role
As the Admin Manager, you will take the lead on supporting our Site Director in the daily, weekly and monthly admin of all operations on site, serving as the essential leader for the entire admin team.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
- Delivering reports accurately and on time.
- Analysing data and information provided.
- Completing reports for the central team.
- Supporting the Unit Managers in driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering & retail environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Admin Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-volume admin environment.
- Experience using SAP, Excel and Google platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The drive to develop yourself and your team.
