Our Site Director, Ivor and his team at Folkestone Services Services are looking for an energetic and adaptable Shift Manager to join their McDonald\βs team. You will be part of the iconic McDonald\βs brand, cooking and serving the nation\βs favourite menu items, from the Big Mac\βs & Wraps to McFlurry\βs and Milkshakes, whilst also having your first taste of management, you will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. As a shift manager you will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources and solving operational problems.

It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory or management role before, preferably in any retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
Full training will be provided and you will be given everything you need to excel into an excellent Shift Manager while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
