Folkestone – Manager – Administration Our Site Director, Ivor at Folkestone Services on the M20, near Hythe is looking for an experienced Administrator to lead his Admin and Office team. You will be part of the opening team from the very beginning, ensuring the site is ready to open in early January 2025. You will be leading a team which will require you have a number of key skills and are fully flexible with your working patterns. You will be required to work 5 out 7 days which may include weekends and bank holidays. Key skills include: Excel skills, experience using Sap and if possible Clikview. B2B invoice systems, period end journals. Ordering systems plus supporting our brand systems and processes. Stock taking, supporting the managers with repairs and maintenance processes.
