Brand new Service Area at Stop 24, Junction 11 near Hythe opening January 2025. Our Site Director, Ivor, and his team at Folkestone Services are looking for energetic and adaptable Customer Experience Leaders to join their McDonald's team. You will be part of the iconic McDonald's brand, cooking and serving the nation's favourite menu items, from the Big Mac's & Wraps to McFlurry's and Milkshakes. You will ensure our customer service standards are met, answering questions and queries.
What will set you apart? It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory or management role before, preferably in any retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Full training will be provided and you will be given everything you need to excel into an excellent Shift Manager while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
