We're seeking an ambitious, passionate leader who excels in high-volume, fast-paced environments to join our Roadchef family.
Help us fulfill our commitment to making Britain's roads a safer, greener and happier place by elevating the mood of every road user by leading our dedicated Costa Coffee team.
The Role
As the Unit Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the main Costa unit.
Furthermore, the Unit Manager's remit may be expanded to potentially include the oversight of one of our separate Drive-Thru operations, integrating both locations under a single management structure
You will be responsible for
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of baristas.
- Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
- Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume catering environment.
- A passion for great coffee and outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The drive to develop yourself and your team.
