The Role

  • As the Assistant Manager, you will be the key in supporting the Business Manager in the daily operations of a thriving, high volume McDonald's unit.
  • You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of crew members and shift managers.
  • Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
  • Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume and fast environment.
  • Stepping up to manage the unit in the absence of the Business Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor in a high-volume catering or retail environment.
  • A passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
