Our Site Director Ivor is looking for someone with genuine passion for customer service who takes pride in ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. Experience in a customer facing or similar role would be an advantage, but it's not essential - full training will be provided. We'll give you everything to grow into an excellent member of the team while supporting your personal and professional growth.
As a team member in WHSmith you will ensure our store provides a welcoming experience and is fully stocked for our customers while providing a clean and friendly environment for our travelling customers. In WHSmith we are passionate in delivering a 5 star customer experience every time.
We offer working patterns on either a full or part time basis, with a variety of shifts available. Our pay rates will vary depending on your age. Due to the sale of tobacco products and alcohol, you must be over 18 years old.
