As the Manager, you will take the lead on supporting our Site Director in the daily, weekly and monthly facilities and general maintenance on site, serving as the essential leader for the entire facilities team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
- Ensuring all of the internal and external areas, including toilets are maintained and cleaned to the highest standard.
- Conducting basic maintenance tasks in line with health & safety.
- Supporting the Unit Managers in driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering & retail environment.
- Hands on leadership, leading your team from the front with a can do attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance / Facilities Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-volume fast paced environment.
- Experience working in a similar role with the understanding of the complexities and safety of being around customers.
