Stafford - Team Member - Costa

Overview

Our Site Director, Ed and his team at Stafford Services on the M6 southbound near Stone are looking for an energetic and adaptable Team Member to join their Costa team. You will be part of the Costa brand, creating and serving Costa drinks, pastries and freshly prepared food. This is a part-time role with pay rates varying depending on age. If you have worked in a similar or customer-facing role before, that will help, but it is not required. We will provide full training to help you excel as a Barista while supporting your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve Costa drinks, pastries and freshly prepared food as part of the Costa team.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
• Actively participate in training and development to grow your skills.
