Stephen, our Site Director, and his team at Sedgemoor Services on the southbound M5 are thrilled to be the first Roadchef location to launch our brand‑new Farm Shop! The Farm Shop will feature locally sourced, freshly delivered products to ensure our customers enjoy market‑fresh, high‑quality goods every time they visit. This is an exciting new venture for us, and we’re looking for enthusiastic team members who can help us deliver an outstanding experience—offering the best products on the motorway, all day, every day.
So if you have a passion for food, pride yourself in delivering excellent customer service, and are looking for a flexible working environment, we have full and part‑time positions available on a permanent and seasonal basis.
What will set you apart? It would be ideal for you to have worked in a similar customer‑facing role before; however, this is not required. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and ensures everyone leaves with a smile on their face. And if you’ve never been in a similar role before, don’t worry! Full training will be provided, and you will be given everything you need to excel into an excellent Team Member while helping you grow personally and professionally.
