Our Site Director, Kersh and his team at Northampton Services on the M1 junction 15A are looking for an energetic and adaptable Supervisor to join their brand new LEON team. You will be part of our fresh LEON brand and work with a team that loves to come together to ensure the restaurant looks great and each customer leaves feeling happy. As a Supervisor you will play a key part in ensuring the team are feeling positive and working together. Leading and engaging with the team is your main focus, as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in with food preparation, store cleanliness and interacting with our new and loyal customers.
We offer working patterns on either a Full or Part Time basis, with a variety of shifts available. Our pay rates will vary depending on your age. It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory role before in a fast paced environment and have a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face. If you have not worked in a similar role, full training will be provided and you will have everything you need to excel into an excellent Supervisor while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
