Overview
Our Site Director, Ivor, and his team at Stop 24 services at junction 11 on the M20 near Hythe are looking for an energetic and adaptable Team Member to join their McDonald\’s team. You will be part of the iconic McDonald\’s brand, cooking and serving the nation’s favourite menu items, from Big Macs and Wraps to McFlurries and Milkshakes.
We offer working patterns on either a full or part time basis, with a variety of shifts available to cover night operating hours. Pay rates will vary depending on your age and the shifts worked. We provide full training to help you excel as a Crew Member and grow both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Cook and serve McDonald’s menu items to a high standard of quality and speed.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers leave with a smile.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Adhere to brand standards, health and safety guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to learn and participate in full training provided.
