As the Manager, you will take the lead on all operations for our Leon unit, serving as the essential leader for the entire restaurant team. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of baristas.
- Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
- Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
- Proven experience as an experienced Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-volume catering environment.
- A passion for great high quality food, drinks and outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
