As a team member in Co-op you will ensure our store provides a welcoming experience and is fully stocked for our customers while providing a clean and friendly environment for our travelling customers. In Co-op we are passionate about delivering a 5 star customer experience every time.
We offer working patterns on either a full or part time basis, with a variety of shifts available. Our pay rates will vary depending on your age. Due to the sale of tobacco products and alcohol, you must be over 18 years old.
What will set you apart? Our Site Director Stuart is looking for someone with genuine passion for customer service who takes pride in ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. Experience in a customer facing or similar role would be an advantage, but it's not essential - full training will be provided. We'll give you everything to grow into an excellent member of the team while supporting your personal and professional growth.
