As the Unit Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the main Costa unit. Furthermore, the Unit Manager's remit may be expanded to potentially include the oversight of one of our separate Drive-Thru operations, integrating both locations under a single management structure. . You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of baristas.
- Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
- Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume catering environment. - A passion for great coffee and outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
