THE SCANIA DEALER FOR NORTHERN IRELAND REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING:

SERVICE ADVISOR – (REF: SA/25/07)

Based in Omagh and reporting to the Management Team, the post holder will be involved in all aspects of administration within the Service Department; from vehicle scheduling to accepting customer payments. The key tasks will include workshop loading, job card creation, preparing estimates, recharging sublet invoices and liaising with workshop staff and customers in order to provide progress updates and obtain authorisation for repairs.

Essential criteria:

GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or above

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team.

Desirable criteria:

Autoline software experience.
