The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 Β£ per year.
Based in Omagh and reporting to the Senior Service Advisor, the post holder will be involved in all aspects of administration within the Service Department; from vehicle scheduling to accepting customer payments.
The key tasks will include:
- Workshop loading
- Job card creation
- Preparing estimates
- Recharging sublet invoices
- Liaising with workshop staff and customers to provide progress updates and obtain authorisation for repairs.
Essential criteria:
- GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team.
