THE SCANIA DEALER FOR NORTHERN IRELAND REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING: DEPOT MANAGER (Ref DM/26/09) Based in the Omagh depot the post holder will be required to lead a multi-disciplined team and will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all aspects of the Companys aftersales operations at this site. The post holder will: Deliver outstanding customer service. Achieve Business Plan objectives measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within financial constraints. Be responsible for the maintenance of Scanias Dealer Operating Standards. Conduct day-to-day personnel management. Ensure the site remains Health & Safety compliant. Provide feedback, coaching and practical leadership. Build and develop close working relationships with customers. Essential criteria include: GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or above. A full clean driving licence. Experience in a managerial post. Firm understanding of the key aspects of delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Desirable criteria include: Technical knowledge and experience. Experience within a dealership environment. Experience of using Autoline software.
