Key Responsibilities

Key Skills & Qualifications
To succeed as a Business Coach and Mentor, you should have:
A strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you thrive on inspiring and guiding others.
Self-motivation and goal orientation, with the ability to work independently.
A growth mindset, with a strong desire to help entrepreneurs and professionals achieve success.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (coaching, consulting, business, corporate, or entrepreneurial fields preferred).
Experience in business coaching, entrepreneurship, executive coaching, or leadership training is a plus.
