We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Tyre Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting, repairing, and maintaining tyres on commercial vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working with various tools and equipment, requiring physical strength and attention to detail.
Duties
- Remove and replace tyres on a range of commercial vehicles
- Conduct tyre repairs, including patching and sealing punctures
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining work carried out and advising completing electronic job sheets
Requirements
- Experience in commercial tyre fitting
- Good customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
- Physical fitness to work in a demanding environment involving manual labour
- A valid UK driving licence is mandatory
- REACT License desirable but not essential
