The Role
You will manage daily site operations and ensure safe, high-quality, on-programme delivery of large-scale construction packages. You may lead either: CSA – Civil, Structural & Architectural or MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing / Process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily on-site operations (CSA or MEP)
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure full HSE compliance and a strong safety culture
- Monitor programme, productivity and progress, resolving risks early
- Oversee quality control, inspections and documentation
- Attend and lead coordination meetings (client, design, internal)
- Support commissioning and handover for your package
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
