The Role

You will manage daily site operations and ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑programme delivery of large‑scale construction packages. You may lead either: CSA – Civil, Structural & Architectural or MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing / Process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily on‑site operations (CSA or MEP)
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensure full HSE compliance and a strong safety culture
  • Monitor programme, productivity and progress, resolving risks early
  • Oversee quality control, inspections and documentation
  • Attend and lead coordination meetings (client, design, internal)
  • Support commissioning and handover for your package
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting
