The Company

The Role

  • Develop and implement the regional EHS framework and management systems
  • Lead the business towards relevant ISO certification and compliance standards
  • Establish consistent EHS procedures across multiple European projects
  • Develop training matrices, competency requirements and reporting structures
  • Support project teams on EHS matters, including Temporary Works interfaces

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced EHS professional from construction, civil engineering or a related environment
  • Proven experience building or significantly improving EHS systems and frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of management systems, auditing and ISO standards
  • Energetic, hands-on self-starter comfortable operating with significant autonomy
