This is a hands-on role for someone who can take responsibility across multiple live jobs, lead and support project teams, oversee labour, manage client relationships, and keep programmes on track. A groundworks background would be ideal, though the business is also open to candidates with a strong frames background.

The Role

  • Supporting and managing project teams and labour across the jobs
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing project requirements
  • Overseeing programmes and helping teams keep work on schedule
  • Using Asta to review and manage project programmes

  • Experience as a Contracts Manager within construction, ideally in groundworks
  • Frames experience will also be considered
  • Strong project management capability and confidence overseeing several jobs
  • Experience leading project teams and managing labour
  • Good client management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of programming, with the ability to use Asta
  • Ready to take ownership of delivery across a portfolio of projects
