We are seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial governance and contractual performance across a portfolio of capital and operational projects within a major utilities/infrastructure environment. This role will lead commercial strategy, manage contract performance, mitigate risk and ensure robust commercial controls across suppliers and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial management across capital and operational programmes
  • Oversee contract performance, compliance and commercial risk
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to project and delivery teams
  • Lead tendering, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations
  • Approve and review Applications for Payment, variations and change control
  • Manage dispute resolution and contractual claims
