The Role
You will manage daily site operations and ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑programme delivery of large‑scale construction packages. You may lead either:
- CSA – Civil, Structural & Architectural
- MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing / Process
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily on‑site operations (CSA or MEP)
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure full HSE compliance and a strong safety culture
- Monitor programme, productivity and progress, resolving risks early
- Oversee quality control, inspections and documentation
- Attend and lead coordination meetings (client, design, internal)
- Support commissioning and handover for your package
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
