About The Role
This is a permanent full-time role working 45 hours per week. Our Head Office is based at Cannock; however, you may be required to work at any other location as determined by the needs of the Company to fulfil your role. In the role of Poling Programme Manager, you'll overview the work allocation within the Poling team. You'll report into the Managing Director and ensure all jobs are fluid and that all technical aspects of the job can go ahead. The package we are offering includes a competitive salary and rewards package including holiday allowance and a Company pension scheme.
The job duties will involve:
- Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Poling team to ensure the smooth running of all activities.
- Review priority list weekly and ensure the list is pro-actively and effectively managed.
- Overview work allocation within the Poling team and ensure that it is completed to the satisfaction of the client.
- Monitor the Weekly survey quota.
- Display positive leadership to manage Supervisors and oversee their teams.
- Oversee daily completion rates.
- Join/take daily conference calls.
- Liaise with Directors, Office and Transport Managers to ensure business goals are met.
- Manage and resolve defects and compliance.
