Salary: £33,487 (Non‑QTS) to £38,487 (QTS) per annum, plus benefits

As a Lecturer in Brickwork, you won’t just be teaching; you’ll be mentoring. You will deliver high‑impact training across Level1‑3 study programmes, adult courses and apprenticeships. From the dust of the workshop to the digital tools of the modern classroom, you will provide the spark that turns a student into a professional.

Qualifications
- A Level3 Vocational Qualification in Brickwork (or equivalent).
- A teaching qualification and Assessor award (or willingness and drive to work towards them while on the job).
- Level2 English and Maths (or a commitment to achieve these with our support).
Department Info
You will be a vital part of a dedicated curriculum team based at our Rotherham campus, supported by a Curriculum Manager and working daily with Curriculum Team Leaders who understand the nuances of construction education.
You will also collaborate with a wide network of professionals—including Technicians, Work Placement Officers and Personal Development Coordinators—all dedicated to one thing: the success of our learners.
