We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and people-focused Job Coach to help young people with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans take meaningful steps towards employment, independence and brighter futures. In this role, you'll be out in workplaces, building relationships, solving problems, celebrating achievements and helping learners discover what they're capable of. One day, you might be supporting a learner to master a new workplace task; then, the next, coaching them on independent travel or helping an employer create a more inclusive environment. What Your Day Will Look Like Supporting learners in the workplace to build confidence, independence and employability skills. Breaking down tasks, providing coaching and gradually reducing support as learners become more capable. Tracking progress, capturing feedback and maintaining clear records of skills development. Helping learners understand workplace expectations, including behaviour, timekeeping, dress code and health & safety. Supporting independent travel and wider readiness for work. Working closely with employers to create inclusive, supportive environments. Be the first point of contact to resolve challenges with learners, families and employers. Supporting progression into sustained, meaningful paid employment. What You Will Bring: Experience that Counts:
You have a proven track record of supporting students with emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties. A Professional Toolkit:
You hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy and have a solid grasp of IT skills for accurate recording and tracking. A "Can-Do" Attitude:
You are comfortable working with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and data protection. Resilience & Agility:
You are a team player who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, even when managing conflicting deadlines. Operational Readiness:

You will work with the Inclusive curriculum team.
