The Role:

- Lead practical bays: Deliver engaging, hands-on training covering domestic, commercial, and industrial wiring systems.
- Shape the future curriculum: Directly influence and modernize the College's electrical provision to match current industry standards.
- De-code the regulations: Break down complex wiring regulations and theories with supportive, practical coaching that ensures success.
- Be the ultimate mentor: Act as a trusted role model, guiding students through practical testing and troubleshooting to career excellence.
You will hold a teaching qualification or be working towards one, hold a level 3+ professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering, have experience of teaching students/apprentices, be well organised and able to manage your own workload, and hold an assessor's award (Desirable).
