Salary: £33,487 (Non-QTS) to £38,487 (QTS) per annum, plus benefits

As a Lecturer in Brickwork, you won’t just be teaching; you’ll be mentoring. You will deliver high-impact training across Level 1-3 study programmes, adult courses, and apprenticeships. From the dust of the workshop to the digital tools of the modern classroom, you will provide the spark that turns a student into a professional.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Brickwork (or equivalent).
  • A teaching qualification and Assessor award (or the drive and willingness to work towards them while on the job).
  • Level 2 English and Maths (or a commitment to achieve these with our support).

Department Info

You’ll never be working in a silo. Based at our North Notts Campus, you’ll be a vital part of a dedicated curriculum team. You will be supported by a Curriculum Manager and work daily with Curriculum Team Leaders who understand the nuances of construction education. You’ll also collaborate with a wide net of professionals—including Technicians, Work Placement Officers, and Personal Development Coordinators—all dedicated to one thing: the success of our learners.
