What You’ll Bring to the Bench

  • Industry Roots: Solid experience in Joinery or Woodworking.
  • Trade Credentials: An NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant wood trade.
  • The Right Tools: An A1/V1 Assessor Award and a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or the drive to work toward them with our support!).
  • People Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of learners and partner organisations.

You’ll report to the Work-Based Learning Team Leader, working alongside a collaborative team of Curriculum Managers and Lecturers. We pride ourselves on being flexible, proactive and, most importantly, student-focused.
