About the Role
We are looking for a master of Joinery who can bring the timber trade to life in the classroom. You will deliver outstanding training across Level 1‑3 study programmes, adult courses and apprenticeships, turning novices into specialists.

In this role, you will:
- Inspire success by using industry experience to set SMART targets and push students to achieve their full potential in both practical and theoretical Joinery.
- Be creative by developing innovative learning resources, from traditional hand‑tool techniques to modern digital methods, to keep learners engaged and future‑ready.
- Be a team player by working closely with colleagues and management to achieve strategic goals and maintain leadership in trade education.
Your Qualifications
- A Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
- A teaching qualification and Assessor award (or a willingness to work towards them with full support).
- Level 2 English and Maths (or a commitment to undertake these).
