You will have:
- Classroom Experience: Proven track record supporting students within an educational setting.
- SEND Expertise: Solid understanding or experience with SEND, ALS, and EHCP frameworks.
- Core Qualifications: GCSE Grade A C (9 4) in English and Maths, or the drive to work towards them.
- Tech Savvy: Confident daily use of Microsoft and Google packages.
- Key Traits: High reliability, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to changing classroom needs.
