Be the Expert in the Field: Conduct on-site performance reviews and assessments, ensuring our apprentices meet the highest professional standards. Stay Connected: Use your tech-savviness to track progress through e-portfolios, keeping everyonefrom the student to the employeron the path to success. What Youll Bring to the Bench We value your hands-on experience as much as your paperwork. Were looking for: Industry Roots: Solid experience in Plumbing and/or Gas engineering. Trade Credentials: An NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant plumbing trade. The Right Tools: An A1/V1 Assessor Award and a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or the drive to work toward them with our support!). People Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of learners and partner organisations.
