RNLI is seeking a Regional Communications Manager (Resilience) to provide agile communications support across six regional teams.

The role focuses on delivering the Lifeboat Fleet Strategy and other priorities, shaping media and digital campaigns, and protecting the RNLI’s reputation.

You’ll react quickly to changing demands, triage requests, and collaborate with volunteers and staff.

The role is home-based with coast-wide travel and occasional out-of-hours work, requiring a valid driving
