Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives on being one step ahead? We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Executive Assistant to provide trusted, high-level support to the Director of Engineering, helping them manage competing priorities, key relationships, communications and day-to-day responsibilities.
You’ll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing complex diaries and correspondence, coordinating meetings and governance activity, and using delegated authority to help resolve issues and progress key pieces of work.

About You
With excellent communication skills, sound judgement, discretion and a strong eye for detail, you'll be someone who can confidently manage the detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture, ensuring your Director is supported to operate effectively.
This is a part-time position, part-time role offers 20-30 hours per week, with working hours to be agreed at interview. We welcome flexible working arrangements and are happy to discuss a schedule that works for both the successful candidate and the organisation.
