Your Role

As Contract Manager (known internally as Lifeguard Services Client Relations and Commercial Manager), you will be tasked with focusing on the following areas:

  • Maintain and develop excellent external and internal client relationships, maximising direct funding from our existing client base aligned to the lifeguard financial strategy.
  • Ensuring all services are being delivered in line with contractual commitments, which includes any changes to the services.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in line with the overall lifeguard strategy.
  • Provide the commercial analysis on all contract services.
  • Working with Regional leads to make sure Lease renewals or new licences or leases fit for purpose, and then working with Legal to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for annual contribution uplifts and annual reporting.
  • Managing contract and commercial elements of third-party events, including all H&S documentation.

About You

You’ll be commercially adventurous, a natural collaborator and passionate about driving new ways of working within an existing structure. To be considered as the Contract Manager, you will need:

  • Substantial experience of ensuring commercial gains and a track record of success in achieving and exceeding set income targets.
  • Experience of building, maintaining and managing successful stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
  • Strong experience of working in a commercial environment and negotiating contracts.
