About us Our purpose is simple: to save lives at sea. 24 hours a day, every day, RNLI lifesavers are ready to launch to the rescue.

We’re looking for a new Philanthropy Development Manager to join our expanding Philanthropy Team. The Philanthropy Team supports the RNLI by working with individuals who are passionate about our work and want to make a difference through high-value gifts.

This is a Hybrid role, based in Poole, focused on managing and evolving key areas of the Philanthropy team including mid-level giving, prospecting, stewardship and key processes to enable the team to meet its goals. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams such as major giving, individual giving, events, legacy, corporate and in-memory.

It’s an exciting time to join the team with a new organisational five-year strategy and preparing to launch a large capital appeal in 2027.
