An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Transformation & Asset Management Lead to join our Engineering Team. This is a fixed-term role for 2 years, created to lead the definition, design, implementation and organisational adoption of a new EAM solution for the RNLI.
The postholder will act as the organisational lead for asset management transformation, shaping business requirements, future processes, data standards and ways of working while maintaining effective oversight of current asset management operations during the transition.
