RNLI face-to-face fundraising is a job with a difference. You will inspire support for our lifesavers' amazing work, and you will also play a vital role in educating the public on how to respect the water. Join our fundraising teams at events, beaches, private sites and RNLI assets. We will make sure you are given excellent training so that you feel confident and comfortable approaching people. High-performing staff can benefit from both promotion opportunities and wage supplementation through the reward scheme.
You will be talking to the public, inspiring them to become financial supporters and educating them about water safety. You will need to be self-motivated and happy working to set targets. You need to be a team player, as it is likely you will be working with a variety of people in different locations. It is hard work, but an incredibly fulfilling job and is great for enhancing your CV with key professional skills such as teamwork, communication, organisation, advocacy, and pitching.
