RNLI is seeking a Station Manager for the new Wandsworth Lifeboat Station. You will lead a combined team of full-time and volunteer crew to deliver a safe, reliable Search and Rescue capability on the River Thames and represent RNLI with internal and external stakeholders.
The role is based at Wandsworth Lifeboat Station with ~85% of weeks spent there and occasional travel within London and the region. This permanent, full-time position includes flexible working opportunities.
