Your Role
You will join our Digital Experience Team in delivering excellent campaigns and journeys across RNLI.org, sister sites and related systems in line with our organisational objectives. You will be working within the Digital Studio Team to coordinate, build, proof and deliver website requests and journeys for stakeholders across the RNLI. You’ll be experienced in defining and refining processes and focused on delivering quality and valuable experiences for our website users. Building strong relationships, you’ll work closely with our wider Digital Experience Team supporting processes to create a smooth workflow across teams with varying remits and specialisms as well as supporting on team finance management. You’ll also deliver website work alongside teams across the organisation, including Marketing, Creative Services, Communications, and Volunteering, acting as an advocate, collaborator and catalyst for work.
About You
To be considered as a Digital Coordinator you will need:
- Hands-on knowledge of CMS platforms such as Sitecore, and day to day knowledge of web page build and content population
- Ability to coordinate work across a multi-disciplined digital team
- Some experience in web analytics and an eye for analysis
- Good understanding of the digital marketing and website usability ecosystem
- The ability to manage concurrent projects: our digital team is much in demand
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal. The ability to support stakeholders with a variety of requests, and the confidence to make recommendations based on digital best practice
