Job Description
We are looking for a new Chief People Officer to lead the People Strategy and inspire a ‘one crew’ multi-disciplined team to ensure our people capability is fit to deliver the RNLI's evolving strategy as we embark on our third century of lifesaving.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and a member of the Executive Team (ET), the Chief People Officer will be an experienced HR Director and an outstanding, accomplished leader who can make a wide-ranging and significant impact across the organisation.
The Chief People Officer will save lives at sea by leading the People Strategy and inspiring a multi-disciplined team to develop and embed a resilient and healthy organisation, with effective management practices to ensure our people capability is fit for the future.
With personal values that align to those of the RNLI, the successful candidate will be a well-rounded and experienced HR professional who has gained experience in large, complex and diverse organisations.
