We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our Data Product Development team for a fixed-term period of up to 12 months. In this role, you will focus on maintaining, enhancing, and supporting an evolving suite of reporting and analytics solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and usability of existing data products while contributing incremental improvements aligned to our digital transformation agenda. The Data Product Development team is central to the RNLI’s ambition to build a strong data-driven culture, where high-quality, accessible insights underpin effective decision-making across the organisation.

Your Role
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be tasked with the following:
- Supporting and maintaining our existing estate of reporting products
- Engaging with business SME’s to understand their reporting needs, eliciting requirements and defining the scope and phasing of product delivery
- Collaborating with other Data teams to ensure we have the clean, complete and modelled data we need for great reporting
- Interpreting user’s needs and developing high quality BI solutions with great UI for a wide range of business areas
- Selling the new world of reporting solutions to customers and ensuring they are trained to get the most from our data and technological capabilities
