35 hours per week

Hybrid, 1-2 days per week at RNIB's headquarters in Kings Cross, London

Closing date midnight 21st April. Interviews will be held week commencing 28th April.

We're seeking an experienced philanthropy manager to develop and build relationships with trusts and foundations and drive income for RNIB. In this crucial post, you'll help create a world without barriers for blind and partially sighted people. You'll take the lead in securing single and multi-year grants from regional and national grant making trusts and foundations, developing long-term support in line with our fundraising strategy and priorities. You will also line manage a Philanthropy Officer, leading and inspiring them to drive income from our important lower level funders.

The post will suit someone with strong writing and communication skills, who's confident in meeting people face to face and building lasting and impactful relationships. You'll thrive on developing creative approaches to achieve team income targets whilst providing excellent, engaging stewardship for donors. In return you'll be joining our team at an exciting point in RNIB's journey.
