Make accessibility the standard. As Client Success Lead, you’ll set the strategy and lead the teams that power RNIB’s Accessible Print & Content business—driving growth, profitability and exceptional client experiences, all while advancing our mission to build a more inclusive society for people with sight loss.

What you’ll do

  • Own the commercial roadmap: market analysis, segmentation, and competitive insights turned into clear, ambitious plans.
  • Lead and develop high-performing account & client success teams.
  • Build deep, long-term partnerships with enterprise clients; boost satisfaction, retention and revenue.
  • Optimise processes, forecasting and reporting; collaborate with operations on demand/capacity planning.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven commercial leadership with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Sector experience in print, publishing, content solutions or accessibility services (accessible formats a plus).
  • B2B sales/key account expertise; strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Strong people leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder influence.
  • Passion for accessible information and RNIB’s mission; willingness to travel when required.
