Senior Data Architect roles in the Knowledge Data Architecture team to help lead the development of CRM and Information Governance programs from Fundraising customer database systems that help RNIB maximise the value of customer data. These roles can be based in either London or Peterborough.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain administration and development activities within the appropriate stages of the project life cycle.
  • Capture and analyse organisational and operational processes plus data and information requirements for Fundraising CRM system and business change projects with the aim of improving organisational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Identify improvements in efficiency and opportunities for automation to support cost-savings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of data project activity.
  • Good working knowledge of data manipulation tools such as SQL and Excel.
  • Strong planning, organising and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to develop effective and supportive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
