Are you a skilled Pastry Baker with a passion for creating beautifully crafted croissants, danishes, and patisserie-style pastries? You’ll be part of a small, friendly, high‑performing team working in a beautifully designed, customer‑facing production space. What You Will Do
- Focus on the daily production and decoration of:
- Viennoiserie (croissants, danishes)
- Filled doughnuts, patisserie‑style cakes, and sweet bakes
- Decoration using glazing, piping, icing, and finishing techniques
- Mixing, shaping, and proofing doughs to perfection
- Baking and finishing pastries to a consistently high standard
- Working closely with the production team to maintain smooth operations
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Preparing for the next day’s production
- Following standardised recipes and quality procedures
- Flagging any equipment or production issues to management
About You
- Previous experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a bakery, café, pastry shop or coffee shop
- Skilled in croissant, pastry or viennoiserie preparation
- Confident with dough handling, shaping, proofing and baking techniques
- Experienced in decorating baked goods using cream, icing and glaze
- Reliable, self‑motivated and team‑oriented
- Able to maintain high hygiene standards and follow precise recipes
Food Hygiene Certification is an advantage but not essential. Basic spoken English and right to work in the UK are required.
